Defrost, oil and season the STEAKS with vegetable oil, heat the pan until hot, FRY for 1-2 mins on each side, leave to REST whilst you plate up accompaniments and SERVE! Possibly with chips / new potatoes & salad alongside a pot of dijon mustard / redcurrant jelly – ENJOY!

All of our deer are lovingly reared on our farm, enjoying their life in our sweeping and peaceful parkland and woodland. All our venison is butchered and packaged by local butchers and then we label it at the farm before freshly freezing it for your convenience.
