Venison sausages have a fantastic meaty flavour and are a healthy alternative to your traditional pork sausage. They are delicious either fried, grilled, cooked in the oven or on the barbeque. They can be used to make a delicious and colourful tray-bake, pictured above – perfect for a Friday night kitchen supper. A number of our customers also enjoy them with an egg in a breakfast buttie!

All of our deer are lovingly reared on our farm, enjoying their life in our sweeping and peaceful parkland & woodland. Our venison is butchered and packaged by local butchers with delicious meaty sausages generally coming in packs of 6.

All of our venison is available to buy online. A minimum of £25 order value gives you free delivery within a 20 mile radius from LN9 5PB.
To maintain its freshness our venison is frozen and so will still be frozen when we deliver it to you. If you are planning on entertaining then please take this into account and that you will need some time to defrost your venison thoroughly before use.
Venison Weight and Pricing
Our venison is sold here in weight bands. The price you see here may vary from the price on the pack at the time of delivery, but don’t worry this always works in your favour!
