Venison rump steaks are a larger cut of steak than sirloin steaks and full of flavour. They are great pan fried, grilled or even on the barbecue. We recommend serving the steaks rare to medium as the low fat content means that they can get toughen up if over cooked.

All of our deer are home reared, enjoying they’re life in our sweeping and peaceful parkland. All our venison is butchered and packaged by local butchers and then we label it at the farm before freshly freezing it for your convenience..

All of our venison is available to buy online. A minimum of £25 order value gives you free delivery within a 20 mile radius from LN9 5PB.
To maintain its freshness our venison is frozen and so will still be frozen when we deliver it to you. If you are planning on entertaining then please take this into account and that you will need some time to defrost your venison thoroughly before use.
Venison Weight and Pricing
Our venison is sold here in weight bands. The price you see here may vary slightly from the price on the pack at the time of delivery but don’t worry this will always be in your favour. Usually these steaks are sold in packs of 2 but we have a few single steaks available too so be careful when placing your order (the bigger weights indicate 2 steaks).
