Our venison burgers and sausages are some of our most popular venison products!

Made from 100% venison (& gluten free) our burgers and sausages are low in fat and have a subtle gamey flavour. We sometimes serve them at our events and they go down a storm with both children and adults alike.

The burgers & sausages are priced at £12.99 per kilo.  Our burgers are sold in packs of 4 and on average, a pack of burgers costs £6.40.  Our sausages are sold in packs of 6 and are approximately £5.20 per pack, depending on their weight.

We offer free delivery of all orders of frozen venison over £25 (or alongside another log / landscaping product order) within a 20 mile radius from LN9 5PB.  Normally our orders are delivered each week on a Tuesday or Wednesday and we phone you the day before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery.

To maintain its freshness our venison is frozen and it will be still frozen when we deliver it to you.  If you are unable to be at home to take delivery of your order please ensure that there is a cool-box on your doorstep so that we can pop it in there to keep it fresh.  If you are planning on entertaining then you will need to factor some time in to your preparations to defrost your venison thoroughly before use.

Our venison burgers and sausages are some of our most popular venison products. Made from 100% venison they are a tasty alternative to beef burgers and have a subtle gamey flavour. We serve them at some of our events and they go down a storm with both children and adults alike.

Once defrosted all you need to do is to grill them for around 10-12 minutes, this leaves them still pink in the middle. You can cook them for longer if preferred. We recommend serving the burgers in a bun with some crunchy salad leaves and relish or slaw.  The sausages are fantastic in a traybake, bun or with creamy mashed potato and gravy!
